COVID-19 Update as of 5/7/2020

As we continue to navigate through the unique challenges posed by COVID-19 we would like to share an update on how we plan to proceed with patient care. The safety and health of our community—patients and staff alike—continues to be our number one priority.

For the safety of our patients and our staff, we have implemented the following policies:

  • All patients will be screened upon arrival for their appointment. If you or a family member traveled to or from any location outside of the United States, or to any High Risk States, in the last 14 days, and/or if you have a respiratory illness, cough, shortness of breath/difficulty breathing, chills/repeated shaking with chills, muscle pain, sore throat, or new loss of taste or smell, headache and/or running a fever, you will need to call and notify our office. We may reschedule your appointment based on urgency of your diagnosis.
  • When possible, only the patient will be allowed into the clinic for their appointment. Anyone accompanying the patient may be asked to wait outside of the building.

  • To reduce congestion at check-in and in waiting rooms, please do not arrive early for your appointment. If you arrive early for your appointment, you will be asked to wait outside of the building until your appointment time.

Waiting rooms have been reconfigured to maintain social distance of at least six feet. Please observe these guidelines when waiting in line.

All staff, and physicians are screened upon arrival.  We appreciate your compliance with these policies.

If you still feel like you would like to postpone your appointment, please contact our office at 479-326-9400.
